UrgentHomePro helps route homeowner service requests across multiple home-service categories in the markets we support. Requests are routed by ZIP code, service type, urgency and time of day rather than blasted to everyone at once. Participation is entirely independent: you remain your own business, set your own terms, and can change your coverage or opt out at any time.
Matched, not auctioned
Emergency requests in our launch market go to one provider first. If you can't take it, it moves on.
Coverage you define
You tell us the ZIP codes you cover, the work you take, and your after-hours availability.
Real intent
Every request comes from a consumer who described a specific problem and consented to be contacted.
Your terms
You set pricing, warranty and scope. UrgentHomePro never quotes work on your behalf.
What we ask of providers
- A current Florida plumbing license appropriate to the work you accept, plus general liability insurance.
- A real response window for the hours you opt into — emergency routing only works if someone answers.
- Transparent pricing communicated to the consumer before work begins.
- Coverage in at least one of Broward County, Palm Beach County, Miami-Dade County.
How a request reaches you
- A homeowner describes the problem in structured terms: trade, symptom, urgency and ZIP code. Free-text detail is captured alongside it, so you see the situation and not just a category label.
- The request is filtered to providers whose stated coverage includes that ZIP code, who accept that type of work, and who are opted into that time of day.
- One provider is offered the request first. If it is not accepted inside the response window, it moves to the next match rather than sitting unanswered.
- You contact the homeowner directly, inspect, and quote on your own terms. UrgentHomePro is not in that conversation.
Trades we are onboarding
Emergency plumbing is the deepest market today, and we are onboarding across HVAC, Electrical, Water Damage, Roofing, Garage Door, Locksmith, Pest Control. Restoration and after-hours capability are the two constraints we are shortest on, because storm-season demand in South Florida concentrates into a handful of days and the providers who answer at 2 a.m. are the ones homeowners remember.
How participation works
Providers who receive routed requests are independent businesses, not UrgentHomePro employees, agents or subcontractors. You hold your own licenses and insurance, decide which requests to accept, and contract directly with the homeowner. We describe you to homeowners as an independent local provider and make no representation on your behalf about your pricing, response time or the quality of your work.
How homeowners judge us
Feedback about the platform is published as submitted, positive or critical, on our homeowner reviews page— we publish no aggregate rating and never present a provider's reputation as our own. What we publish about demand patterns is governed by the thresholds in our research methodology.
What it costs
There is no charge to be listed and no subscription during onboarding. Providers pay for routed requests, not for impressions or profile placement, and pricing is agreed in writing before any request is sent. We do not take a percentage of the work you perform and we do not resell the same request to competitors as a consolation prize.

UrgentHomePro is a home-services matching platform. We help connect consumers with independent home-service providers. UrgentHomePro does not perform home repairs and does not employ the independent providers it may route requests to. Provider availability, qualifications, licensing, pricing, warranties and service terms are determined by the individual provider. Calls placed through this site may be connected to an independent provider or a partner provider network, and UrgentHomePro may be compensated for qualifying calls and requests. Availability and arrival times vary by provider, location and current demand.
