Information we collect

When you submit a request we collect the details you enter: service category, the problem you selected, urgency, property type, first name, phone number, optional email, ZIP code and any description you add.

We also record technical and attribution data: the page you started from, referrer, UTM campaign parameters if present, and a timestamp. This is used to understand which content helps people and to investigate disputes about a request.

How we use your information

The primary use is routing: matching your request to an independent provider that covers your ZIP code and handles the type of work you described.

We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve coverage, content and matching quality.

How we share your information

When you submit a request and confirm the consent statement, we share the request details and your contact information with the matched provider so they can contact you about that request by phone, text or email.

We also share information with service providers who operate our infrastructure (hosting, analytics, communications) under contract, and where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Communications and consent

By submitting a request you consent to being contacted by the matched provider about that request. This consent is specific to the request you submitted; it is not a general marketing consent.

You can ask a provider to stop contacting you at any time, and you can email privacy@urgenthomepro.com to have your request record withdrawn from routing.

Retention

Request records, including the consent text and version you agreed to, are retained for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing.

Email privacy@urgenthomepro.com to exercise any of these rights. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

UrgentHomePro is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date below. Material changes will be highlighted on the page.
