What UrgentHomePro is

UrgentHomePro is a matching platform. We connect consumers who submit a request with independent home-service providers. We do not perform repairs, do not employ the providers in our network, and are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a provider.

No guarantee of service or outcome

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will accept it, contact you within a particular time, or be available in your area. Provider availability, licensing, qualifications, pricing, warranties and service terms are determined by each provider.

Verify a provider's license and insurance before work begins, and get the scope and price in writing.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information in your request, including a phone number you can be reached at. Do not submit requests on behalf of someone who has not asked you to.

If there is an immediate danger to life or property, contact emergency services or your utility provider first.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting a request you agree that we may share your request and contact details with one or more matched providers so they can contact you about that request by phone, text or email. We record the consent text and version you agreed to.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UrgentHomePro is not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, pricing or conduct of any provider, or for any damages arising out of work performed or not performed by a provider.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date below reflects the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
